I would like to clarify some doubt regarding Income Tax on Sale of Immovable Property by NRI

Mr Elango is an NRI sold an Immovable Property in 2022 for Rs.95 Lakh which was bought by him through his NRE Account in 2009 for Rs 15 Lakh
Whether the above is taxable @ 20% without any basic exemption Limit as available to Resident ? or he can claim Basic Exemption limit which is not taxable ?

Further Form 15CA is enough or 15CB is required to submit while transfer the Proceeds to NRE A/c?
What rate of TDS will be applicable to NRI whether 20% with Surcharge, Education Cess or Flat rate of 20% only?

I would like to clarify some doubt regarding Surcharge on Income tax .Whether Surcharge on Income Tax is applicable in case Total Income of an employee exceeds Rs 50 Lakh due to Arrears received in F Y 22-23?

After completion of articleship of CA, is approval goes to the principal ? to apply exam

or

Is approval needs to take after completion also, to apply exam?

please let me help to know how to delete form in ssp portal which is in pending status. By mistake i opened conversion form and made a click on save and next in personal details. Now i want to delete that conversion form.

For some reason i may have to select Goa as my exam centre when i appear this for may 2023 but since i am not very sure of the place i would like to know where the exam centres at goa are generally held?? In exam notification 2 cities are showing Mapusa and Margao, which will be more convenient to me? I am from thane city

Yesterday I was Registering myself with ICAI in SSP portal and due to some issues on my phone..the gender was misselected my transgender rather than female. Kindly help me resolving with my issues.

I am a second year article taking transfer as a i am shifting to different state, i have submitted 109 but approval from regional office is pending.
Can i fill form 102 and 103 meanwhile as approval from RO will take time and most imp if i dont start my articleship again then my attempt nov 23will get defered.
do I need to submit any other document or written letter along with form 103 to state the reason for re registration prior to RO approval?

Dear Experts,
I am CA final student converted from Old to Final syllabus, I had completed my Articleship along with excess leaves and submitted FORM 108 and FORM 107 to the institute. There was delay in submission so i had submitted condonation letter along with prerequisite fees to the institute but i have received letter from institute for termination of articleship because FORM 107 subitted have not executed deed for supplementary articles for excess leaves within prescribed period i.e. 60 days? Now they are saying to me to again re-register for excess leaves so fill Form 103 and submit the same within the prescribed period. Why i already served the excess period and submitted the condation letter along with fees. then why??? Please guide me i am really in confusion..
