FACTS OF THE CASE

1. CLIENT IS AN INVESTOR AND NOT BIG TRADER
2. HE HAD MARGIN FUNDING FOR INVESTMENT HE HELD

3. HE HAS FEW INTRADAY TRANSACTIONS AND OTHER FEW ARE SHORT TERM

4. FREQUENCY OF TRANSACTIONS ARE 150 TRANSACTION IN A YEAR

QUERY???

WHTHER LONG TERAM CAPITAL GAIN BE DENIED ON THE GROUND THAT MARGIN FUNDING USED AND TRAT IT AS A BUSINESS?

About bonus

Hi, This is Prasad from Rajahmundry,
I have small doubt one company, that is Arnav Corp Manufacturing which is recently declared bonus in the ratio of 49:50 and i was took some shares in that particular company @ Rs 24.55 before the Ex-Bonus Date.
But on the date of Ex-Bonus share price would became half and still i didn't get any bonus shares, plz sir let me know the reason for the same and i want to what is the actual date to add that bonus shares and how it's add

Can you please let me know different method of raising fund for a 1 year old Pvt Ltd Company. The company dose not want to issue equity share capital (it already has issued Rs 500,000/-as equity share). what other methods are their.

Share certificate

Dear Sir,
Is there any limit of share numbers in one share certificate?
Example: 100 shares are alloted of Rs.10 each, so how many share certificate need to issue.
