Issue of shares

12 July 2013 Diffrence in the Number of shares issued and Total Amount,Respective forms are filed and Share certificate also issued. Now we have to correct it further we have to issue 150 shares but there is no amount. Please tell me the procedure how can i issue these 150 shares?
