ITR 5 for LLP - JSON error
I downloaded excel utility for ITR 5 , filled in and created JSON. But for filing return, while uploading JSON get message that "Invalid hash value identified. Modification to ITR details outside utility is not allowed".
I have not used 'copy/paste' while filling in and used latest ITR 5 Excel utility.
How to solve this and file ITR 5 for LLP? Is there a another way to file ITR 5 for LLP?
Jason utility available under ITR 5 separately, but it is very old, not bug-free.
Wait for upgraded version of Jason. Expected at any time.
Don't go through excel utility.
I did sent an email with details and screenshot. No response even after 6 weeks. I raised a callback through TaxGenie (bot). An agent called back and took details including the details of email sent. This is also some one week before. Again complete silence. No solution as yet.
The same happens when I go through offline utility.
So where do I select 'Firm'?. I do find any option like 'Firm'.
Kindly advise, am I missing something? How do I get the option of 'Firm' (and then LLP) through online or offline utility?
Yes, I did file grievance earlier and sent an email also as advised by them. I have redone today. Await response and updation.
