19 December 2011 if a co. did;nt do any kind of business during the last few years co. has sold some of its asset for which co has director remuneration to its director for their effort in sales of asset

is director remuneration allowed

19 December 2011 Yes . Company can pay it and company is also liable to file company's income tax return and ROC return and other tax returns.
