Sir, If gross salary is 15000.00, whether ESI is applicable? To clarify further, please correct the following If Gross Salary is (a) Rs 10000 then employees ESI contribution is Rs.175.00 (b) Rs 15000 then employees ESI contribution is 0.00 (c) Rs 20000 then employees ESI contribution is 0.00 (Nil) Please help Regards, Anil
