i hv an income in form 26AS n corresponding tds to it but my assessed income in below bel for AY 2013-14 I want to file return now n claim refund for tds n show income as per form 26AS after ded its below bel.however i m not able to upload it online.wats the way of filing itr n claim refund of tds as early as possible for ay 2013-14.

File paper return. For details, see CBDT Circular 9/2015 dated 9.6.2015.

Financial year 2013-14 : Time limit is up. File manual/ physical return at your jurisdictional ward.

In Normal condition without filing the petition and getting the permission / Notice it is not possible.
