Hi..I am currently doing Industrial Training and my CA principal has resigned .Unfortunately there are no more CA right now under whom I can register. I have only 3 months of training left. Posted query in esahayta but no replies yet. Can I join a firm for the last three months and complete my articleship ? Please guide

I had completed 1 year of articleship with a CA and then took transfer from there with a extension of 90 days.Now i am about to complete my total articleship period of 3 years.In the last two years i have taken 10 holidays in total with a different CA.Do i now still require to serve for the extension period? And if yes with which CA?

I am a CA final student and I would like to know if its possible to do Mcom F&T from IGNOU. Will i be able to complete the MCom course even without passing CA final or is passing of CA final a mandatory requirement?

My form 108 is getting rejected by RO for non updation of completion of B.com course. While inquiring to ICAI they are suggesting to resubmit form 112 by paying Rs. 10,000 as latefee, then only my form 108 will be approved. But i already filed form 112 - other engagements form which has not been approved from RO officer for the past 3 years. What to do now?

How much time it take to consider the form 109, its been more than 15 days. Also my attempt is due in nov 22 and articleship is completed 2years 3months 3 days(inclusive of 70 days leave) and then transfer is awaiting for competent authority approval. So, would i be eligible for nov 22 exams and if no then how many days more required inclusive or exclusive of leave?? Kindly guide into this matter

I am Direct entry CA student, completed 1.5 years of articleship. But I couldn't pass any attempts. Now I need to terminate my articleship and join employment since my financial background is no good. If I terminate articleship opting 'Discontinuing CA course' then can I attempt any future exams. Because it says that if I opt that way, all my articleship records will be cleared/ deleted. And I as direct entry student need 9 month articleship for attempting exams. Please help.. Guide me if there is any other way.

I started my articleship in Feb 2020; I currently Work with HSBC as a CA Industrial Trainee From Jan 2022 but now I have an opportunity to do the training at Microsoft. I am very keen to join Microsoft. My articleship period lapsed in Feb 2023. So my question is can I take a transfer from one organization to another, is it possible ?
