Hi, I am CA final (old) ,took a break of 4 yrs & last month converted to new final course. Paid Rs 1000. Heard i will get books after applying for conversion but not yet received anything. Don't know how to proceed & whom to connect with. Could you please let me know how should I proceed with & what should I do further.

I filled articalship form 103 yesterday and it also approved by principal within no time. But now I want to cancel it.

I did not complete with the stamping procces and final submission of documents at icai branch.

How can I cancel my registration?
And if there is need of filling 109 then sir it's not available on my ssp Portal maybe because I did not done final submission.

I searched option to delete form 102, 103 but it's not there plus I not filled 112 even though I am persuing B-com along with CA [ cause principal said no need to file it ]

i have completed articleship of 1 year 9 months and 7 days with an extra leave of 47 days during my training and took termination on 31/03/2020. Am i eligible for November 2022 Intermediate Exam?

Sir, I have taken excess leaves in my article ship of 74 days but my article ship 108 form have been submitted successfully and it is showing excess leaves to be served. I have filled form 107 for the excess leaves but on notary last year and after that I am affected with diabetes now it is showing that AO has asked correction saying that it should vne on e stamp paper but e stamp was not given back dated. Kindly help me to solve the issue sir.My article ship regular was completed on 26 Aug 2021 but I filed my form 107 on Nov 27,2021.how can I rectify my mistake and which form I can file now to file my exam application form.

I would like to clarify some doubt regarding RCM
1.Whether all kinds of goods purchased from Unregistered dealer will come under RCM or only Specific goods such as Beedi Wrapper, Cashew nut only will come under RCM ?
2.Whether Rs.5000/- per day limit will restrict the purchase from unregistered dealer?
3.Where RCM should be declared in GSTR 1 ? Because there is no provision available to declare the Purchase or availed service from Unregistered dealer ?
4.How to tally the sales declared in GSTR 3B & GSTR 1 in case Sales along with RCM transaction has been declared in GSTR 3B S No.3.1(d) whereas Only the Sales have been declared (Excluding RCM Supplies)?
5.Even though RCM transaction will not come under sales of the purchaser since it is purchase to him then why do GSTN treat them as Turnover as per GSTR 3B ? is it correct one ?

I had applied for direct entry IPCC scheme in the year 2016 and started my 3 years aticleship on 25.03.2016 according to 3 years my articleship should complete on 27.03.2019 but to due excess leaves my articleship was extended till 06.08.2019. I had completed my extension also but not aware to submit extension form so I had not submitted my extension form. After completing extension period I submitted form 108 then later ICAi informed to submit form 107 I submitted form 107 after that ICAi had rejected the form & told me to submit submit stamp paper dated within 60 days from date of supplementary registration, daily work diary/attendance sheet,bank statement highlighting stipend details , condonation letter signed by principal and student along with form 107.

Note: Form 108 was submitted in the year Feb 2019 & form 108 was submitted in the year 2022 after 2 years of article ship.

I have all required documents like attendance register, Stephen details but as my article was completed in the year 2019 how can I get stamp paper within 60 days of supplementary commencement. I am not understanding what should I do please let me know what should I submit so I can get my completion certificate.

What is the Option avilable in SSP portal to change the gender

I am apperaing for CA final exams in May 2023. I opted conversion from old course to new and also gave 2 final attempts in old scheme. Now I am going to appear my CA final exams in NEW SCHEME. Can I go for exams without completing my MCS training before appearing my exams?

I'm an existing Foundation student of ICAI. Recently, I graduated with my Bcom and got the results of the final semester last month and it was computer generated copy of result, though the original marksheets and Provisional Degree Certificate(PDC) takes some time(minimum 1 month as told by the University). Actually I thought since I anyways passed my Bcom, lemme convert my registration to Direct Entry and so made an application for CA Intermediate Direct Entry via Graduation Route. The problem is, ICAI seeks for original documents of all semesters, but I've only got original marksheets of 1-5 semesters.
I uploaded original marksheets of 1-5 semesters and copy of computer generated result of 6th semester with a PCA's attestation which was not accepted by the approver and sent back for correction stating all documents are to be original.
So I raised a ticket to ICAI to address my concern and their reply to it was "In case of non-availability of original documents, please change the YOUR PROFILE to Provisional Registration". And this mounted up to another issue wherein I find that in my profile edit setting, I am unable to change the option to PROVISIONAL Registration from NO to YES. So I'm literally stuck not knowing what to do, if anybody has a solution to this kindly put it down.
