I have passed One group of CA final in May 1998 & want to appear in remaining group of CA Final.
Please advise me now I will have to appear in one group or both group.

I didn't attend my office for almost 4 months as of 28th November due to medical reasons. Can I take transfer on medical grounds with current date and how should I send application as dates on medical certificate are of previous months, Any other specifications that I need to take care of... kindly let me know

I want to transfer my articleship within the same city I've completed 1year 1 month and 7days of articleship I dont fall under any of the aforesaid grounds by the institute please guide me regarding that

I would like to know who's class should i attend for CA Final SFM.

I am not good at hindi. So i plan to purchase English lectures.

Every one says that CA Aditya Jain sir class is better for SFM.
But i attended CA Inter FM class of SS Rajagopal Sir. His class was awesome..

Now i confused with Aditya Jain sir or SS Rajagopal Sir.. Whose class should i purchase

I wish to clarify the following
i.e. VFX India Pvt Ltd having regd office at Mumbai opened a Company in the name of VFX Canada Ltd with 3 Share Holders Including VFX India Pvt Ltd holding 95% of Shares .
1.Now whether VFX India can transfer the Capital Amount without deducting TDS under Overseas Direct Investment route to VFX Canada Ltd?
2.Can VFX Canada Ltd receive the Proceeds of bill raised by VFX India Pvt Ltd against the service rendered by VFX India Pvt Ltd to it's Canada Clients?
3.Whether the above is yes & should it be reported in 3CEB?
4.VFX Canada Ltd can convert the proceeds of sales bill( received from Canada clients) raised by VFX India Pvt Ltd as shares of VFX India Pvt Ltd in VFX Canada Ltd's books of A/c ?

I would like to clarify the following
Whether Company incorporated in India can transfer the proceeds received from IPO, to it's subsidiary company situated in abroad and wholly owned company 's situated in abroad?
Whether there is any restriction available in FEMA or RBI or can be transferred through RBI Approval?

Do i need to complete both Advanced ITT and Advanced MCS course before registering for CA final course? I know both need to be completed before CA final exam but is it necessary for the registration of course as well?
