my basic wages was shown at the time of UAN generation Rs 11400/-, from last 6 month my EPF joining date shown but EPS joining date Not Available.
When I am trying my missing data update through Employer's Portal then One error shown that " you are not eligible for pension scheme.
Please help me what should i do?

While uploading MGT-7A form I made a error , Paidup capital of my company is 200000 but unfortunately in form MGT-7A I interned 2000000
So after filling MGT-7A my company's Paidup capital is showing as 2000000

Please guide me to correct it.

My Company wishes to shift its registered office from ROC Coimbatore to Roc Chennai within the State of TamilNadu.
Can anyone tell me the procedure for such shifting. Does it require approval of Cental Government and publishing advertisement in newspaper .

Can anyone help in resolving the problem, where i had feeded date of agm wrongly in AOC-4 and the notice enclosed shows the correct details . The error was realised while filing MGT-7 .

Auditor’s appointment tenure in a Private Limited Company having Authorized Capital 25,00,000 due to expires on 31.03.2023.
Should firm be reappointed for Financial Year starting 01.04.23 for next 5 financial years in
Annual General Meeting held in Calendar Year 2023 (say AGM date is 30.09.2023)
or
Annual General Meeting held in calendar year 2022 ( say AGM date is 30.09.2022)

There are two companies A and B. Company B failed to file its annual statements due to which one director of Company A became disqualification u/s 164(2)(a) in 2017 when MCA published list of disqualified directors. Now office of this director in Company A got automatically vacated in 2017 but he didn't resign though he stopped signing Financial Statements, MCA forms and stopped attending board meetings of Company A. Now in Oct21 his disqualification period of 5 years is completed.
My query is this director now wants to sign Financial Statements, MCA forms, attend board meetings of Company A on the ground that his disqualification period is completed though he didn't resign since 2017 and continue to appear as director on MCA portal since 2017. Can he do so without submitting his resignation OR he has to first resign now & Company A to file his resignation in current date OR get his resignation in back date & Company A to do late filing by paying late fees.

Facts of the company:
1) ABC co. is private limited.
2) Litigation case is going one.
3) Two groups of shareholders are there .
4) Addtional director was appointed and was regularised by holding AGM and DIR-12 was filed for regularisation. But in agm by mistake the voting was done by show of hands instead of poll. so the resolution was not passed which was realised later on. Only two directors were there on board including the additional director appointed. And now we want to appoint another director . So can we appoint the additional director through backend process? can we appoint the same director ?
