I want to know what is the due date to file ROC Annual Return AOC 4 and MGT-7 for FY 2020-21 incase of Private Limited company.

No extension of due dates, as on date. So the due dates remain same as 29th October & 29th November, 2021 respectively.

In that case, will the UDIN created by CA on 15th October, 2021 be termed as valid for AGM held on 27th September, 2021
