DSC is not attached for PAN CDRPJ4966N in FORM INC-09.

Hello all I have attached dsc and all signatures are showing valid still this error is coming up while uploading spice+ forms "DSC is not attached for PAN in FORM INC-09.".Can someone please help me out?

I have a query Regarding Din of a client

While applying as director for a company - the DIN was coming invalid due to KYC error
In Kyc - The name is not matching as per PAN (Spelling error)
DIR-6 file karte time invalid aa raha h

how to validate the DIN again

RUN-LLP Form Issue

I am facing an issue with the RUN-LLP form in MCA Portal. The buttons i.e., CHOOSE FILE, AUTO CHECK THE FORM, SAVE and SUBMIT in the form are not working. Please advise if anyone faced the issue and got the solution.

Issue of Preference shaars by a Pvt ltd start up co

Can a newly set up small Pvt. co issue Preference shares convertible into equity shares at a later date to the Indian and (an overseas investor under FDI) willing to infuse funds. What is better option to issue Equity or preference shares or mix of both.

In case of DPT 3 filling net worth calculation
-what is covered or mean of other intangible assets?
-we have to deduct WDV or gross block of intangible asset from net worth?

Alteration/adoption of New MOA and AOA

I am planning to amend the name clause of the Company and along with that adopt the new MOA and AOA as per companies act 2013. (My Moa and Aoa is as per 1956).
Whether I have to pay stamp duty on the new adopted MOA and AOA?
Also what do i have to attached along with MGT-14? Only physical Scanned copy of New MOA and AOA? or do i have to file new AOA and MOA Online?

Additional Director not regularized in AGM

In a private company there are 2 directors.
One Person was appointed as an additional director in 2018 and another was appointed as an additional director in 2020 but they were not regularised in the respective AGMs.
What should be done now ?

One of my client is LLP. I am required to file its form 11. Can I file it via login to MCA through my login id or I need to file it via Client's Login ID?
