The error message "Prescrutiny Check Field missing in Form" typically indicates that there might be a field or a required section in the form that has not been filled out correctly or is missing essential information. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
1. **Ensure Form Completion:** - Double-check the entire form (SPICe+ Part B) to ensure that all mandatory fields are filled out correctly. Pay particular attention to sections that might require specific inputs or attachments.
2. **Validate Form Data:** - Use the pre-scrutiny feature available on the MCA portal to validate the form before submission. This feature helps identify missing or incorrectly filled fields. Ensure that you resolve any issues identified during this validation process.
3. **Browser and Software Compatibility:** - Ensure that you are using a compatible browser and the recommended version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Sometimes, switching to a different browser or updating Adobe Acrobat Reader to the latest version can resolve such issues.
4. **Clear Cache and Cookies:** - Clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure that you are starting with a fresh session. This can sometimes resolve unexpected issues related to form submission.
5. **Document Size and Format:** - Verify that the size of the uploaded file (3.3 MB in your case) is within the prescribed limits. Also, ensure that any attachments or supporting documents are in the required format (PDF, JPEG, etc.) and are not corrupted.
**Technical Support:** - If the issue persists despite these checks, consider reaching out to the MCA helpdesk or technical support. Provide them with details of the error message and steps you have taken to troubleshoot the issue. They may have specific guidance or be able to identify the underlying cause of the problem.
**Re-upload and Retry:** - Sometimes, simply re-uploading the form after making sure all fields are filled correctly and using the correct software version can resolve the issue.
Given that you've already tried different versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader and ensured the file size is within limits, focusing on form completeness and using the pre-scrutiny feature effectively should help in resolving the "Prescrutiny Check Field missing in Form" error. If further assistance is needed, contacting MCA support for detailed guidance would be advisable.
