Dear Sir/Madam
Is there any way to know that which kind of charge was filled ealier via form 8 on some asset/property?
Actually I have a query that one of company has taken a loan and created Subserviant charge on his propery. I want to check whethere that is a Subserviant or not.

Pl seek the help of a practicing company secretary and obtain a 'search report' with particular reference to charge and charge documents.
