WHETHER WE HAVE TO MAKE SELF INVOICE FOR RCM ON THAT GTA INVOICES WHICH ALREADY UPLOADED TO THE PORTEL BY THE TRANSPORTER AND SHOWING IN 2B. PLEASE CLARIFY.
