Tds on printing and binding charges

23 April 2016 Dear sir,

We debited printing and binding chagres of cash memo, order book etc . (of our company name ) .
And party who are credited by us , now question is whether there are applicable tds section or not??

24 April 2016 It is a contractual work, your company name is printed on it so it is as per your requirement, hence TDS applicable.

24 April 2016 One more thing if Payment is below limit (Below Rs.30,000/ for 194C), TDS will not applicable.
