There is a link between authorised capital and main object of the company. For example if the main object is 'manufacturing' minimum authorised capital need to be Rs.10 lakhs.

There is no where written in the law that if the activity is manufacturing the mimimum capital has to be 10 lakhs. So, i agree with Mr. Ankur.
