1. First apply for name availability in form 1A.
2. After procuring the name prepare and scan the following documents in pdf format and apply for getting the licence u/s 25 by filing Form 24A.
a) Memorandum of association & Articles of association, make sure you put in all the information needed for specific memorandum of section 25 company which you can get it at Annexure 1 of Companies Regulation, 1956.
b) A list of the names, addresses, descriptions and occupations of its directors and or secretary, if any, together with the names of companies, associations and other institutions, in which the directors of the applicant company are directors or hold responsible positions, if any with the descriptions of the positions so held.
c) Future annual income and expenditure estimates for forthcoming 3 yrs.
d) Assets and liabilities statement with their estimated value as on seven days before making the application- 31/3/11
e) Statement of brief description of the work, if already done by the association and the work proposed to be done.
f) Statement of the grounds on which application is made.
g) Declaration by a practicing professional on stamp paper that the documents are in conformity with the acts and rules.
h) Declartion by the applicant as per Annexure V of Companies Regulation, 1956 on stamp paper that he is not disqualified from being appointed as a director of the company.
3. After filing form 24A, and its approval file form 1, 18, 32 for usual incorporation.
