Annual Filing

This query is : Resolved

24 February 2011 As per Companies Act annual filing shall be done wihtin 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting(AGM). If AGM date is 22/09/2010 so what should be date of filing? and whether day of AGM is Inclusive or exvclusive to calculate date of Filing Annual Return to ROC?

24 February 2011 The due date of filing in your case will be 22.10.2010 for 23AC and 23ACA and the date of AGM will be excluded from calculation of 30 days. The b/s and P & L A/c should be filed within 30 days and Annual Return should be filed within 60 days of the AGM. In both cases date of AGM will be excluded at the tome of calculation.

24 February 2011 Disagree. Due date is 21/10/2010. Delay of one day leads to payment of, as per the present fee slab, two times of normal fee as additional fee.

24 February 2011 Pl use MCA Portal, use "check fee calculation" using dummy figures. I checked there, confirmed and then only put up my first observation on the cited issue.
