08 December 2015 MY CLIENT IS A REGISTERED NGO, WHO HAS BEEN DONATED AN ULTRASOUND MACHINE (ADVANCED FROM OUTSIDE INDIA),WHO'S VALUE HAS BEEN ASSESSED RS 80 LAKHS,NOW CUSTOM AUTHOORITIES ARE ASKING FOR CUSTOM DUTY .IS THERE ANY WAY TO WAIVE THAT OF?
