10 May 2011 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please see the following :

A friend of mine was working as a director in a company and at that time, he has provided that company's e-mail id
while generating provisional DIN.

Now, my friend has resigned as a director and proposes to incorporate a new company.

In the incorporation forms (especially Form 1), if the DIN is filled, the details including the e-mail id (i.e. old company's e-mail id in Form 1) get prefilled. No way for manual editing in Form 1.

My friend does not want his development to be known to his previous company.

Query

Is there any way to avoid the old e-mail id appearing in Form 1 and replace old E-mail ID with new one in the DIN of the Director ?

Ans : ...........................

I shall wait for replies.

Thanks.

10 May 2011 Dear Deekay,

File DIN-4, all changes pertaining to Director Particulars can be made via DIN 4.

So file DIN 4 & Then Proceed with Incorporation. If you incorporate a new co., a mail will be sent to the existing mail id, which will not be a favourable development for any individual.

"Type of change" which is mandatory in DIN-4 does not contain e-mail id correction option.
Therefore, pl reconsider your observation and your findings may be kindly informed over here for members awareness.

11 May 2011 Dear Mr.Chackrapani,

Kindly download latest DIN-4 E Form,

1. Prefill DIN of a Director.

2. Select Directors name in "Type of Change" (as u said)

3. and Type the present First Name & Last Name of the Director and current E-Mail id & Mobile Phone.

4. Annex Proof of Change in Particulars
( Change in Name or Change in E-Mail ID's or change in what so ever as it is)

5. Get it Certified by Professional who holds Certificate of Practice - CS or CWA Or CA.

This is how, DIN-4 E form have been carried forward by many me & many of frnds in various platforms & still DIN 4 have been approved by ROC's.

hope this would be clarify doubts of Many, in context of no change.

Regards

Sriram R
