whether sub broking service can be considered as service of brand name ?
means whether basic exemption of Rs.1000000/- can be availed for sub broking services for f.y. 2008-09 ?

If sub broker is doing service in the name of main broker,the service done being in the trde name/brand name of main broker, threshold limit is not applicable.
