Where dd or cheque is not being accepted by mca

25 October 2013 Sir, i am try to pay through DD or Cheque in the mca due to heavy payment bt the people in MCA Helpline says that DD or Cheque is not being accepted

25 October 2013 Dear Seema,

You can download the challan from MCA website and pay via cheque. However, it will take 3-4 days for updation.

25 October 2013 Fee payment using DD/ Challan has been done away. Now the available facilities are:-
i) credit card.
ii) Internet banking
iii) NEFT.

When you take option of payment offline letter on it means you will not paid physically.

You only click option of offline payment and make the DD.

If you have already taken an option of payment made letteron then you can not paid it through DD.

Now you can not further file Form-5 for next 10 days for choosing correct option.

So wait for few days for filing.

25 October 2013 PROCEDURE FOR MAKING PAYMENT UNDER PAYLATER OPTION:-
.

NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE PAYMENT WITH DD, RECOMMENDED TO MAKE PAYMENT WITH INTERNET BANKING OR CREDIT CARD

1)While making payment on MCA21 portal, user will select ‘Pay Later’ option as mode of payment.

2)An eChallan will be generated along with the SRN details.

3)User shall have to make the payment within the validity period as mentioned in the eChallan.

4)For making payment, user shall have to login to the MCA21 portal and click on the link ‘Pay Later’ under ‘Services’.

5)User shall enter the SRN for which payment is to be made and select the mode of payment (Internet banking/ Credit card).

6)Upon successful payment, payment receipt will be generated and displayed to the user.

25 October 2013 UNDER PAYLATER OPTION
.
1)User can make the payment through online payment mode i.e. Credit card or Internet banking through Pay Later.
.
2)The validity of the eChallan for Pay Later shall be based on the date of event and the date on which the eChallan is generated. The same shall be mentioned on the eChallan generated.
.
**3)If the payment is not made within the expiry date as mentioned on the eChallan, the SRN shall be cancelled and no service shall be delivered in respect of the SRN.
