16 September 2012 we have not charged service tax up to turnover of Rs.10 lacs in first year now can we avial exemption limit of 10 L

16 September 2012 If in the first year turn over exceeded Rs. 10 lakhs, threshold limit exemption cannot be claimed in second year.
