01 March 2015 dear experts as per budget 15-16 service tax rate is 14% my question is this changes when will applicable????

01 March 2015 This change will be applicable from a date to be notified later after passing the Finance bill.

01 March 2015 The service tax rate is being increased from 12% plus Education Cesses to 14%. The ‘Education Cess’ and ‘Secondary and Higher Education Cess’ shall be subsumed in the new service tax rate. The revised rate shall come into effect from a date to be notified.
