18 November 2010 if i sale an assets as on 31st march so whether i would be liable for wealth tax.
what if i sale as on 30th march.

18 November 2010 Valuation date is 31st March and as on that date asset do not exists in the hands of the assessee meaning thereby that no need to pay wealth tax on that particular asset.
