04 November 2008 an assessee having sale less than 50% of gross receipt. can he claim vat input set off on purchase of plant & machinery?

04 November 2008 Pl explain what you meant by sale < 50% of gross receipt. Then I will try to reply.

05 November 2008 sale < 50% means, assessee having labour charges receipt 85% & sale of goods 15%.
