We have purchased a Software from a company for this a bill has been sent to us showing CST 3% and Service Tax 10.30%.Now my question are follows :- ;-It is pollisble to calculated Sales Tax and Service Tax on the same bill. ;-TDS will be deducted on whole amount or we demanding for seperate bill.
