    Sir Your comments on Service Tax on Sub Air Travel agents was very illustrative but I am still confused about the turnover limit for service tax registration applicable for small home based travel agents as Rs.10.00 Lacs. A clarification regarding the turnover definition whether it is the commission and other benefits received on providing the services or the actual turnover amount of the cost of tickets and services.A clarification shall be appreciated.

    Dear Sir, we are from bangalore karnataka and we are sending our mangos to krishnagiri tamilnadu for job work (Processing) now we would like to export from krishnagiri since we have excise sealing procedure at my plant what is the procedure we have to follow to export from my job work place we are not getting any cenvet ctredit from our excise department and we dont want also please help me reg Rajesh
