25 November 2009 We are taking D.G. set on hire for Electricity backup & giving Rent of Rs:5 Lack per month. Please let us know.
1) VAT will be charged by owner of D.G set? If yes what will be rate?
2) Will Service Tax be aplicable,If yes what will be rate?
