I tried to register digital signature of an assessee( pfx file format) in the income tax efiling website. But it shows the following error:
"Error in registration of your Digital Certificate Validation Error You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:
This Certificate is already registered in our database "
I register the certificate for the first time. but the above error appeared.I tried once again to register but the same error appeared. Any body who had come across thi type error kindly let me know the way out.

Sir While uploading, when i select the option " sign with pfx", it asks " your digital is not registered. do you want to register now?" If i click yes. it takes me to the registration window. I selected the pfx and clicked register. But it gives the same error as mentioned above.
