Dears as a un registred partner ship firm address is changed then what they have to do again they have to prepare new partner ship deed or what BUT ADDRESS MEANS GROUND FLOOR TO FIRST FLOOR IN THE SAME PREMISUS please give me the breif about this. thanks in advance, suri

Please prepare a partnership deed in requisite stamp paper as per the stamp act of the state in which the office is situated, if the original partnership deed does not provide otherwise.
