Tuition fees exemption for spouse

31 January 2018 A person say Mr. X, pays tuition fees on behalf of his spouse Mrs. X of 3 lac rupees. So can he claim any exemption under the IT Act?

01 February 2018 No eligibility for the fees of spouse. Only fees of any two children of the assessee is allowed.
