I want to create a private trust in the name of my son who is just one year old. Can you tell me the procedure for registration and taxability of the income of trust. Can this trust except gift from various relatives and its taxability.

Creat a trust deed and register it and being a private trust for personal purpose, there may not be much exemptions.
