To be deduct or not (service tax )

12 September 2014 we (company)carry our goods through transport. freight is 29500.00 but transporter not registered in service tax.
plz clear this condition company liable for deduct service tax or not?

12 September 2014 Under reverse charge you have to pay full service tax. No need to deduct any amount from service provider being goods transport.
