If we are getting any printed material with our specification as a purchase for which we are not providing any material and labour . will it be chargeable under section 194C for tax deducted at source.

09 November 2009 This is not a 'work' as per clause (iv) of the explanation to section 194C(7) and hence no tax is to be deducted w.e.f 01/10/2009.
