I am a Insurance Agent, due to mistake from my side, income tax return not filed for A.Y. 2014-15.

How to claim TDS amount deducted by insurance Co.

05 December 2017 File a request to condone the delay to the Commissioner of Income tax through your Income tax officer. If you get a favourable order, then file return to seek refund.
