TDS recovery on Dividend payout type Mutual funds

TDS has been deducted against an investors payout( dividend psyout mutual fund investment) but the investor has passed away and the transmission has taken place after this event. Whether the nominee will get the credit for this TDS recovery.

Legal representative can file return on behalf of the deceased person and claim the TDS.
