I am liable to Deduct TDS for Payment made to Just Dial.
Need to Know the Exact Rate as per Amendment in Respective Section.

It will fall in category of Advertisement Services under section 194C of Income Tax Act, wherein maximum TDS rate is mentioned as 2% on Net Amount.
