Tds on sale of immovable property (26QB) Correction

Hi sir,
Iam generated acknowledgement number for 26QB. Payment not done till now . But I found some mistakes in this 26QB form.
My doubts are
1.can I generate new 26QB or rectify existing 26QB.
2. If your answer is generate new 26QB, what about existing 26QB.
3.Is there any problem to client if creating new 26QB if ignore existing 26QB

1. Generate new 26QB
2. Without payment it gets invalid after sometimes.
3. After the new 26QB is active, there should not be any problem to client..

Additional details related to 26QB:
a)value of property 56 lakhs
b)Sellers - 4
c)Buyer- 1
d)Share of property between sellers is equal.
Now my questions are
1. Here Sellers are four can I fill 26qb four times in tin nsdl website.
2. each case can I shown value of property is 56 lakhs or 56 lakhs/4=14 lakhs in tin nsdl website.
3. each time Which option can I choose whether more than one seller ( yes or no) while entering in to nsdl website
