TDS on Salary borne by Employer

05 November 2009 Our Company has made Employment contract with an employee newly recruited.

According to the Contract the Company will borne his Income Tax liablity.

Whether the company has to pay Income Tax on the Income Tax borne by the Company??

If yes how the chain will be closed, as there will be Income Tax on Income Tax on Income tax on Income Tax..............

Please guide.
