I have to deduct TDS on Salary from an employee.He is become senior citizen (crossed 60)from the month December 2011. Now which slab shall I take in to consideration to deduct the TDS for the FY 2011-12. Is it 180,000/- or 250,000/-.

Which will be the slab to deduct TDS on Salary if DOB is 31.03.1952 or 01.04.1952 in the case of senior Citizen for the FY 2011-12.
