Tds on salary

08 January 2018 Dear sir,

I am an accountant, One of employee get salary Rs.41,30,200 p.a, till now i have not deducted TDS for that employee. how to deduct TDS on salary?

08 January 2018 Calculate tax based on individual slab rates and also consider deductable savings. Divide the tax by three as deduction possible for next three months deduct tax in the remaining 3 months.

08 January 2018 Sir his Tax payable comes Rs.13,89,380
for each month i have to deduct Rs.3,46,200. But his salary is Rs. 3,48,200, now TDS on salary for each month comes more than his salary. can i deduct TDS for each month more than his salary.

08 January 2018 Yes deduct more than his salary and keep the amount under advance recoverable. Recover the advance in next year salary.
