15 September 2008 I have got bill from National Stock Exchange of India of Rs 20 Lacs+ Service Tax as listing fees for my IPO.

Whether TDs is deducted on Rs 20.00 Lacs or TDS is deducted on Groos Bill incl Service Tax .
