04 February 2018 is tds applicable on LTCG u/s 112A ,if yes who will deduct tds??

04 February 2018 Yes tds applicable on LTCG u/s 112A. TDS will be deducted by the person who is making the payment ( share broker).

05 February 2018 TDS applicable only for non resident. For resident TDS not applicable.
