Shall we deduct tds on membership Fee paid to Accrete Consultatnts for below Invoice.
Membership Fee 26651
Service Tax 3731
Total 30382

As per me TDS is not deducted on membership fees, and on ST portion, hence there is no liability of TDS arises here.

Membership fee paid to an association/ club does not fall under provision of Tax Deduction at Source, due to mutuality concept. Therefore no TDS could be applicable on membership fees.
