PL LET ME KNOW THE EXACT RATE OF TDS TO BE REMITED TO GOVT ON ACCOUNT OF THE PAYMEMT TOWARDS AMC TO FOREIGN COMPANY. DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS. RECIEPIENT- SOFTWARE MANUFACTURER, COUNTRY-GERMAN, DATE OF AGREEMENT -05/12/2005, DATE OF PAYMENT PROPOSED TO BE MADE ON 12/11/2007. KINDLY RESPOND
