Hello,
i have query about liability of TDS
suppose ABC co.op. housing soc. is purchases a land and make construction for flats on the land
now , if Mr.X pays certain as his CONTRIBUTION for purchase a land to ABC Co.Op. housing Soc. is he liable to deduct TDS
value of land is more than Rs.50 lacs
Pls explain in details

If Mr. X's contribution is more than 50 lacs he has to deduct TDS.
