TDS DEDUCTION ON GST PORTION

26 September 2023 We are a civil contractor company, we have some schools as our parties when we raise invoice on them they deduct tds on gst portion also which results in difference in Sales as per GST and as per Income Tax. what is the solution.

Pass GST through your p and l.
Your turnover include GST.
